What happens if my train or flight is late?
Give us your train or flight number when booking: we follow its schedule in real time and adjust the pick-up accordingly.
Which journeys do you offer?
Local and intercity transfers: TGV station, airports, hotels, Luberon villages, as well as weddings, seminars and sightseeing excursions.
Do you travel with children?
Yes. Child seats and boosters are fitted on request: please state the children’s ages in your booking.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes: let us know by phone or WhatsApp. The detailed cancellation terms are set out in our terms of sale.
How are your chauffeurs selected?
Our chauffeurs are professionals holding a VTC licence. Their driving and the quality of service are regularly assessed.
